The inaugural edition of the International Workshop on Long-Acting Anti-Infectives (LAAI) 2025, will take place on 21–22 May 2025 in New Orleans, United States.

This new initiative, developed in collaboration with leading experts from around the globe, including Professors Flexner, Kuritzkes, Scarsi, Schapiro, and Waters, aims to address critical advancements in the field.

The increasing volume of new and promising data on LAIs that are published, urges a scientific platform for discussion and clinical translation, the LAAI meeting will provide that platform where researchers meet clinical experts.

Key topics to be discussed include:

• Regulatory insights and clinical implications of LAAIs
• The treatment and prevention of HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, and other infections
• Practical applications for key populations
